My name is Torie/Victoria. I love theatre and Harry Potter. I was diagnosed with anorexia a few years ago, went through a forced recovery, developed bulimic tendencies, started binging, gained a lot of weight, and became extremely depressed. Now, I'm trying to lose weight in a way that allows me to remain positive. I want to accept myself, and I want you to accept yourself. If you want to lose weight, do it for you, not for anyone else. And do it healthfully and with self-respect. I want us all to be confident with ourselves and comfortable in our bodies. So smile, and show the world how awesome you are.

Everyone pay attention because this is very important:

You do not exist for anyone but yourself. You are not responsible for anyone else’s happiness. You do not owe anyone anything. You do not have to explain yourself to anyone. 

And, conversely, no one else exists for you. No one else is responsible for your happiness. No one owes you anything. Other people do not have to explain themselves to you.

Remember that in the end, this is your life. You are the only person you will have from the moment you are born to the moment you die. Other people will come and go, and they will be important, but you are the only one who is there the whole time. Live for yourself, because no one else will (or should) do it for you.
